Create an account

1. Open the Mail app on your Macbook.

2. When the window open, click on Mail in the menu at the top and then on the Account tab.

3. Click on Add an other account... then on Mail account.

4. Add your Sutton email address and your password.

5. Fill in the required fields. For Type of account, choose IMAP. For Incoming server, enter imappro.zoho.com and outgoing server, add smtppro.zoho.com . The user name should be filled with your sutton email address (so you enter it both on email address and username). 

In case you have turned on Two-Factor Authentication for your account, you need to generate and use the Application-specific Password in the IMAP client you use.

***Pay attention to the username field, sometimes the information you entered is getting erased when you fill the incoming and outgoing server. Please make sure that it is filled before clicking to Sign in. ***

6. Choose the apps you want to use with your account.
